“ ROASTED MILK TEA?! YES! FINALLY! You guys have nooo idea how long Ive been waiting for a Bubble Tea place in Sacramento to have Roasted Milk Tea! Im a hardcore milk tea drinker, so when I moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area I searched long and hard for a good milk tea place as yummy as ChaTime and T4. I found a few places here that I like such as Tapioca and Tea, but they didnt have Roasted Milk Tea I come to this plaza often and noticed they were opening a bubble tea place here, little did I know they would serve the one drink Ive been craving for since I moved here! _ And so I guess the grand opening was couple days ago. As I am writing this I am still feeling excited to finally have a ROASTED MILK TEA place in Sacramento. This place is probably the first! FINALLY! Thank you Cool Tea Bar! __ Im so excited I said ROASTED MILK TEA like 4 times in this review already, lmfao Anywho, Its pretty good but next time Ill ask for extra sugar. It has the taste of roasted milk tea but wasnt as sweet as I would have liked it. Other than that I believe that this place will be my new spot. Also the wifi password was on my receipt but it was incorrect so I couldnt use it However customer service was very friendly and were quick and prompt with our drinks! Another awesome thing is that theyre open til Midnight! ”
“ Great place for a boba drink. Plenty of variety to choose from and toppings to add. They do not have Thai tea so you will need to go elsewhere for that drink. Many other ones to choose from for your liking. The staff are very friendly and can help out selecting a drink perfected to your taste. ”

“ I go there a lot and the tea is great. I like how they make the cups big and has a lot of tea in it. The bathroom is pretty clean and not stinky. The staff there looks friendly and kind and the milk tea there is class. Would recommend going there when your near the area. ”

“ I absolutely love this place! During quarantine I would come by from time to time because it was the only great bubble tea spot that is beyond amazing . The prices are really good for the different variety of drinks, the bubble tea always comes out very refreshing, very pretty with the decor they put up, and my favorite part of the store is how welcoming and kind the staff is each visit. A lot of places can create bubble tea but when there is staff who make customers feel welcomed and valued thats what really sets the bar. They are also very helpful too! Recently Ive ordered delivery from this place and whether its inside or take out Cool Tea Bar delivers what they promise . Everything is highly appreciated, thank you so much!! ”
“ literally the most chill and inexpensive boba place ever. it would probably do better with food, but Im not complaining, I just want the place to prosper cause its so awesome. plus it has wifi and is open til late at night so i could study. never had a bad experience here in all the four years Ive been coming here. ”
